NVIDIA Blackwell pricing — what the new datacenter list price actually means

NVIDIA published Blackwell B200 datacenter list pricing. The 24% increase over Hopper margins, but supply constraints make the spot price irrelevant.

By TechArenaZone Staff·April 27, 2026·5 min read

NVIDIA published Blackwell B200 datacenter list pricing this week. The headline: a 24% list price increase over Hopper, with the GPU module priced at roughly $42K MSRP for the 8-way SXM configuration. Margins are wider than Hopper at this list price.

Supply constraints make the list price largely irrelevant in practice. Cloud hyperscalers are paying premium prices in private contracts for delivery slots, and the secondary market for B200 systems trades at a 35-50% premium to list. The structural read is that NVIDIA pricing power is unconstrained for at least the next four quarters.
