A Helldivers 3 datamine leak surfaced this week — three minutes of in-engine footage pulled from a leaked PSN dev branch. The footage shows the new Tyrannid faction (renamed Hivekin in this build), a co-op spec that supports up to six players, and a planet variability system that goes well beyond the Helldivers 2 procedural set.

Arrowhead has not commented, which is the read. Studios respond fast to false leaks and slow to real ones. The realistic ship window based on the build maturity is late 2026, which would give Arrowhead a clean two-year cadence after the Helldivers 2 launch.
