ASUS shipped the ROG Swift OLED PG27UDM-X at $899 — 27-inch 1440p OLED at 480Hz refresh. Six months ago, the same spec was $1599 from MSI. The 480Hz OLED segment is finally not a flex tier.
At $899, the value math is clean. If you have a 5070 or better GPU and play CS2 or Valorant at competitive settings, this monitor is the upgrade that pays for itself in headshot reaction time. Less compelling for AAA single-player at 60-120 FPS — pick a 4K 240Hz instead.
