Microsoft Gaming Q3 FY26 print: revenue $5.4B, down 3% YoY but ahead of the $5.1B sell-side number. Game Pass net adds slowed to single digits for the first time since 2021, console hardware revenue is down 28% YoY, but content + services held the line and absorbed the hardware miss.
The Activision integration is structurally complete. Cliff to watch: the next Xbox console reveal. Sony already said the PS6 is a 2027 device. The FY27 hardware revenue line is going to look ugly and management will lean on the content + services narrative.
